Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Administrator to join our team.

Hours: 40 hours per week with 1 hour paid Break
Contract Type: FTC 6 months with a view to extend as a permanent contract

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up interviews for shortlisted candidates via the iKrut system, as per the instructions of the Recruitment Manager.
  • Follow up any candidates who have been booked into interviews on a regular basis via phone and email, informing managers of any candidates that have withdrawn
  • Administer selection tests and assist with interviews
  • Send out notifications of regret to unsuccessful candidates
  • Conduct accurate pre-employment checks for all applications including (but not limited to) Identification, right to work status, Disclosure & Barring service checks, professional registration, occupational health, and employment references
  • Ensure regular contact is made with the candidate and manager during the pre-employment stage to avoid any delays and to make sure all parties are aware of the process
  • On completion of all pre-employment checks ensure all documents are accurate and present. Once all documents are checked and completed arrange start date with manager and candidate
  • Book candidate onto Induction.
  • Assist in the training of colleagues in elements of recruitment procedures where necessary
  • Provide cover in teams absence as and when is required.
  • Comply with of all aspects of Recruitment and Selection Policy and any other relevant policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment events/careers fairs as required.
  • Records, updates and maintains statistical data and produces statistical and graphical returns for management information purposes.
  • To support the Recruitment Manager to ensure departmental and strategic priorities are delivered, as required.
