We are looking for a skilled and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of physical health needs. This role involves working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans based on individual patient goals.
• Use evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and aftercare practices.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with NHS standards and Trust policies.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current HCPC registration.
• Proven experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist or equivalent level.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across various clinical settings and adapt to the needs of diverse patient groups.
