Description

As a Locum Consultant in Reproductive Medicine, you will provide expert care in the diagnosis and treatment of reproductive health issues. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized patient care, focusing on fertility treatments and reproductive health management.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage a variety of reproductive health conditions.
Lead outpatient clinics and provide consultations for fertility treatments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
Supervise and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and medical students.
Engage in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, protocols, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
CCT in Reproductive Medicine or equivalent.
Extensive experience in reproductive medicine at the consultant level.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
