We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Locum ST3 doctor to join our Obstetrics & Gynaecology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care in both obstetric and gynaecological settings, working alongside a supportive team of consultants, registrars, and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care to patients in antenatal, postnatal, labour ward, and gynaecological services under consultant supervision.
• Assist in deliveries, including Caesarean sections and other complex obstetric procedures.
• Perform gynaecological assessments, procedures, and surgeries under guidance.
• Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide emergency care and cover the on-call rota, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, medical students, and other healthcare staff.
• Contribute to clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• Full GMC registration with a license to practice in the UK.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-foundation training experience, with relevant experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
• Proven skills in managing obstetric emergencies and gynaecological procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
