We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Band 6 or Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our team on a locum basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement tailored occupational therapy interventions for patients across various settings.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and independence.
• Conduct detailed assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to junior team members where applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and organizational standards.

What We’re Looking For

• HCPC Registration (Health and Care Professions Council) is essential.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Proven experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (Band 6 or Band 7 level).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously.
• Flexibility to adapt to different clinical environments and patient needs.
