We are currently recruiting for a bright and driven Ward Nurse / Cosmetic Clinic Nurse to join our Hospital team in Bristol on a part time basis to our 3 bed hospital. 

Responsibilities:-

• Provide patient centred, first-class care to patients throughout their stay on the ward.
• Report any ward equipment maintenance or repair as required.
• Manage care of service users under guidance of medical / clinical leads
• Contribute to collaborative working relationships and effective communications between all members of the multi-disciplinary team
• Assist in the efficient management of Clinical Stock within the ward and clinic
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines (health and safety, COSHH, risk assessment, fire regulations, infection control, decontamination, adverse events and complaints – this includes professional management & monitoring by you of any complaint)
• Promote quality care and service using best practice
• Research, initiate and evaluate new ideas to foster continuous improvement
• Support Registered Manager in Clinical Governance responsibilities
• Ensure that hazards are reported to the Registered Manager
• Undertake Health and Safety training commensurate with role and conduct risk assessment develop action plans and implement these.
