We are looking for an experienced dynamic and organised senior clinical manager to lead and inspire the spinal rehabilitation therapy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely reputable organisation and provide the highest standards of care.

About the Role:-

• To lead the Therapy department in providing outstanding rehabilitation to Patients’ on an individual and group basis according to the agreed goals and objectives.
• To work with the Director of Operations and Clinical Services and wider Executive team to support the development of services, to ensure that the hospital is a leader in rehabilitation services.
• To work closely with the Head of Nursing to ensure the patient receives the best possible rehabilitation, fostering excellent communication and ensuring consistency between the ward and therapy team.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary working across the Hospital and to work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments in the Hospital.
• To support positive team working both internally and externally.
• To provide management support and guidance to the Therapy Department.
• To assist with the development and delivery of training for junior staff.
