Description
The specific duties for the RNLD Nurse role will be clearly defined by the LDA Nurse specialist and Operations Manager and will depend upon the needs of the individual client, however, they will typically include some or all the following responsibilities:
- Prepared to oversee a fantastic team, supplying great communication and support

- Strong people manager and people skills.
- Organised and IT competent
- Have a positive attitude to enhancing people's lives

- Empathetic to individuals needs & communication difficulties
- Must be able to stay calm & responsive in potentially stressful situations.
- Minimum 2 years experience within an LD nursing role, and current PIN
- Experience liaising with primary healthcare professionals
- Some management experience
- Ability to deal with behaviours which may challenge
- An understanding of safeguarding and ability to identify safeguarding issues
- Hold full UK driving license with access to own car
- Work primarily Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00
