An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Psychologist to practice and further develop specialist skills in rehabilitation for people with acquired brain injury.  

About the Role:-

• We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join the team in our highly regarded service. This is a 25 bedded unit in Ely providing rehabilitation to people with acquired brain injury.
• In this role you will work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team (including Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Support Workers) using the neurobehavioural model. The focus is to provide person centred rehabilitation that is evidence based.
• This is a unique community based inpatient setting led by a consultant neuropsychologist. The service users may have a range of complex and challenging needs including cognitive, behavioural, physical and emotional difficulties following brain injury.
• You will have scope to work with service users in a holistic way to address all aspects of recovery and to regain maximal independence including participation in social, leisure and vocational activities.
