Description

Administrative/Organizational Responsibility
- Ensure effective and- economical use of resources available, participating in the process of organizing duty rotas, regional on call systems as required
- To maintain highest clinical and- professional conduct as defined by professional codes of conduct * Ensure that all Company policies, reporting structures and- systems are adhered to at all times.
- Attend and- fully contribute to all senior- management team meetings. *
- Complete and- maintain all documentation and- records as required, including electronic databases, ensuring staff comply with the same requests.
- Undertake thorough risk assessment and- comprehensive risk management plans as per Company policy and- supervise staff in the process
- Maintain security and- confidentiality on information in line with Data Protection Act and- company policies.
- Ensure that written records of all aspects of service user care, support, treatment and- progress are maintained by both yourself and- non-qualified staff.
- Fully participate in all team developments and- team maintenance.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to prevent stress and- burn-out in self and- colleagues
- Professional: Ensure ethical and- legal requirements are maintained at all times, and- individuals rights are not infringed upon, always taking into account the service user values and- beliefs when planning care and- support.
- Be aware and- act within the requirements of the Care Quality Commissions Essential Standards of Quality and- Safety at all times.
- Establish and- maintain relationships with appropriate supporting agencies.
- Contribute to the enhancement of service user care, support and- treatment by participating in informal/formal working groups on procedural or- professional policy matters.
- Wherever possible, seek to include service users carer and- families in the care, support packages and- the service delivery.
- Demonstrate an enhanced working knowledge and- philosophies relating to registered nursing and- residential homes and- domiciliary care and- support services.
- Develop and- work within best practice and- evidence-based care plans
- Attend course, seminars and- conferences pertinent to personal and- company developments.
- Be responsible for- and- produce evidence of, own professional development, including training and- facilitating the same in staff members.
- Be responsible for- ensuring that personal clinical/professional supervision is undertaken in line with company policies.
