We have a new and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated physiotherapist with a passion for orthopaedics  therapy to work in rotational orthopaedic role within our Physical Therapy Department to join our established musculoskeletal and orthopaedic therapy service.

Role Responsibilities include:

• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing care to a varied orthopaedic caseload.
• Be autonomous in assessing, treating and discharging inpatient orthopaedic patients in a timely and safe manner.
• Manage a daily caseload of patients including those with complex needs.
• Encourage patients and their family’s/carers in an active approach to regaining and maintaining personal independence. This requires empathy, sensitivity and good interpersonal skills.
• To support in the supervision of junior staff, therapy assistants and students.
