We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Theatre Practitioner who is looking to take the next step in their career, and join our friendly and dynamic theatre team as Senior Theatre Anaesthetic Lead.

Role Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and development by ensuring the use of evidence based practice and clinical standards
• Provide a safe working environment for patients and team members
• Ensure that pathways are delivered to the standard and quality expected of the hospital
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement which focuses on the provision of high quality safe and effective care
• Maintain CQC standards
• Satisfactory audit and clinical practice and documentation
• Completion of own and team members competencies assessment
• Fulfil appraisal and performance review objectives
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered/maintained and used efficiently by liaising with the supplies team
• Deputise in absence of theatre lead
