We’re looking for an experienced Ultra Sonographer who can deliver and promote exemplary patient-focused care and provide our patients with high quality diagnostic examinations and sonographic images.

Skills & Experience Required:-

• Post-graduate degree/diploma in Clinical Ultrasound or equivalent Diploma of College of Radiographers.
• Significant ultrasonography experience.
• HCPC registered or equivalent professional body.
• BLS/ILS training or willingness to undertake same.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competent in all aspects of Ultrasonography.
• Competent in management of QA procedures.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Able to demonstrate clinical and professional development.
• Strong patient focused approach.

You’ll act as the clinical expert & resource for sonography for the department and the wider organization, managing your day’s workload. Taking responsibility for the safe day to day running of the Ultra-Sonography service within the hospital, you'll plan and implement high standards of care for our patients whilst following hospital policy, guidelines, and protocols.

Utilizing your significant experience, you’ll provide high quality sonographic images and reports and ensure that abnormal results are brought promptly to the attention of the appropriate consultant.
