As a Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their daily lives, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and overall well-being. Working in a supportive and collaborative environment, you will deliver high-quality care tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, in a dignified and respectful manner.
Support clients with mobility, ensuring safe handling techniques are used.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper hydration and nutrition.
Administer medications as per training and guidelines (if required).
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping them feel valued and connected.
Carry out household tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry, and shopping, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Monitor and document clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant healthcare professional.
Promote independence and encourage clients to participate in activities that enhance their physical and mental well-being.
Adhere to all health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control protocols.
