We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as The Clinical Lead Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Outpatients department and make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our patients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and expert guidance to the MSK and Breast team
• To take day-to-day responsibility for the organisation and running of the outpatient Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy service, working alongside the inpatient clinical lead, to ensure efficient and effective service provision throughout the department
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols in line with evidence-based practice
• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to patients with MSK and Breast conditions
• Manage a caseload of patients and ensure that all documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date
• Provide clinical supervision and support to junior physiotherapists and other members of the team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
• Participate in clinical audit and research activities to improve the quality of services provided
• Contribute to the development and delivery of staff training and education programs
• Ensure that all clinical equipment and facilities are maintained in a safe and appropriate manner
