We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior MRI radiographer to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Reporting to the Imaging Lead, you will provide customer-focused, high quality diagnostic radiography service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise to ensure the appropriate triage, booking and examination of patients.
• Accurate data entry on to Radiology Information (RIS) and Picture Archive (PACS) systems.
• Ensure all patients are treated as individuals especially in regard to Care, Dignity and Respect.
• Ensure due regard is given to the customs, values and spiritual beliefs of patients and that patients views
  are sought and taken into account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of patients and follow the requirements of the Data Protection legislation.
• Participate in providing responses to enquiries and requests from a range of stakeholders and referrers.
• Liaise with consultant radiologists regarding protocols and patient referrals
• Run Quality Assurance checks on equipment, and action as appropriate
• Participate in clinical audits including health and safety, infection control, and radiation protection.
• Maintain and use clinical stock and supplies in an efficient and cost-effective manner, ensuring stock is in
  date and a proper stock control is maintained
• Comply with infection prevention and control policies
• Understand and adhere to the Company Health and Safety Policy
• Identify and report any risk which has a potential adverse effect on Oryon Imaging’s ability to maintain
  quality of care and the safety of patients, staff and visitors.
• Comply with CQC requirements.
