We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join a dynamic healthcare team in a permanent role. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans
✔ Lead rehabilitation programs for MSK, Neurology, Respiratory, or Community patients
✔ Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants
✔ Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
✔ Educate patients and families on self-management strategies and recovery plans
✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and reports
✔ Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

🔹 HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
🔹 Extensive experience in a clinical setting (Band 6+ preferred)
🔹 Strong expertise in MSK, Neurology, Respiratory, or Community Physiotherapy
🔹 Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
🔹 Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based approach
