An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Staff Nurse, to join our well-established Nursing Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in leading and monitoring the performance of the nursing team
Deputise for the Ward Sister when required
Provide high quality, effective individualised care to all patients that is compassionate and caring
Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate them without supervision
Provide expert knowledge to the nursing workforce and the wider MDT
Support the nursing leadership in the delivery of the key performance and quality indicators and to use the results to inform service and quality improvements projects
Work collaboratively across organisational boundaries
Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights
