We have an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Manager. You will oversee the clinical staff team and hold responsibility for clinical governance and staff development. You will work closely with the Clinical Service Manager to ensure your meet your objectives and support with the high standards expected of our service delivering quality care.

Main duties of the job:-

• The principle task of the post is to manage, supervise and lead the nursing team on the particular ward in order to maintain excellent patient centered care.
• The post holder will be expected to provide effective leadership to the nursing team, developing innovative and evidence-based practice where appropriate.
• The post holder will be an experienced Senior CAMHS clinician and it would be beneficial of having experience of Eating Disorders. The role involves clinical work with young people and families, and collaborative working with the MDT, in line with the Service's philosophy, policies and procedures which will be adhered to at all times.
• You will be RMN, RNLD and NMC registered. We are looking for a range of qualities including dedication, focus and compassion
