We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Manager.

Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure patient needs are assessed and met in line with evidence-based practice and outlined in the Patient’s Care Plan, while managing clinical risk effectively.
• Provide nursing leadership to qualified nursing staff, acting as a role model and promoting service development related to nursing practice.
• Build effective partnerships with patients and their significant others by being aware of patient clinical dependencies.
• Ensure clinical areas are safely staffed, considering skill mix, competency, patient dependencies, clinical risk, and resource allocation in line with the Centre’s agreed Establishment Hours.
• Oversee the medicines management system to ensure medicines are ordered, stored, administered, and disposed of in line with policies, ensuring all nursing staff are trained, competent, and supervised in medicine administration.
• Provide coordination and oversight of the Centre’s Gold Standards Framework (GSF) processes and accreditation.
• Act as the lead for infection prevention and control (IPC) processes, providing coordination and oversight in clinical areas.
• Coordinate the clinical admissions pathway, ensuring safe patient assessments and admissions to the Centre.
• Take responsibility for the Clinical Budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and stock management procedures.
